Product is excellent but support service is opposite
Hello Team Lucrin,
Your product is excellent. I feel like buying another cover of a different colour.
However after paying almost like 200 USD, I had to constantly ask your support team to update me on the status of delivery. At times since I didn't hear anything from your end, I felt that it could be an online fraud. After constant follow up, finally I received a message on WhatsApp to get the update of the delivery date.
