Premium quality functional cover, only missing some key form functions
The cover is made of good quality leather that seems like it might stand up well to time and develop a nice patina. The cover grips magnetically to the iPad and is detected so as to ensure the iPad turns off when closed. The cover remains firmly secured in place. It's sleek and feels good in the hands. My sole disappointment is that the cover can not be used as a stand in as many iterations as the smartfolios can.
